I can''t say anything about the facility but my mom was in their care for about 2 months before she passed. She was on hospice care and one of the nurses refused to administer my mom her medication when she was writhing in pain. They also let her stay in her biological mess after she soiled herself.

That's what makes this place so attractive. We visited Park West Plaza, and the food was terrible. In the independent living apartment, you had to walk outside to get to your meals and that was not very convenient. The cleanliness, the dining area, and the rooms were fine, but it wasn’t what my parents wanted. Park West Plaza was a very clean facility and had a lot of amenities. The common areas such as the dining hall were very nice.
